55 Change or not to change
Friday Nov 16, 2018
Friday Nov 16, 2018
This week Dr. Alex talks about change - or not to change?
Old and young, at one point you have reached the point where you need to change. Do you make the right choice?
This episode is about you!
If something in your life isn't working; CHANGE.
If you have the desire that's a healthy desire, that is not happening; CHANGE.
But not all people are open to change. Why? We resist it because change is painful.
We are not choosing comfort when we decide not to change. We are accepting stagnation and destruction.
By playing it safe, you made the most dangerous thing you can do.
So if you keep going the way you're going, are you going to be at the pace when you get to the end? Or are you going to have regrets?
Pray and meditate about this for the week. Enjoy!
Questions to Ponder
- Is there anything in my life that I would like to change if I could?
- Am I doing what I believe I need to be doing to help facilitate that change?
- When you hit the pain of chaos and change, have you turned back over instead of going through it one time to get to your best life on the other side?
- What do I need to starting now?
What you will discover in this episode
- Three categories of spiritual laws
- Opposite of change
- True stories about change

54 The keys to peace and prosperity
Tuesday Nov 13, 2018
Tuesday Nov 13, 2018
Please forgive the inferior sound quality, as this was a recorded conference call.
There is a lot of talk these days about the law of attraction, which is real, but it is not enough. If you want holistic results, you must have holistic actions and beliefs. This means that you might have to change your ideas about responsibility and control in order to achieve the peace and prosperity you are searching for. When it comes to responsibility, we should release ourselves from the responsibility for the results and only consider ourselves accountable in the present moment for our actions and beliefs. Holding yourself responsible for the outcomes will only lead to stress, which is harmful to your mental, emotional, and physical wellbeing.
Similarly, control leads only to stress as well, and is often comes from the desire to keep pain from happening or happening again, which is really not your responsibility. If you have pain memories that have not been healed, they are causing your unconscious to put up its defense system and cause you unnecessary stress continually until you heal the memories. Control is judgment-based and could be based on the wrong goals and judgments, leading to wrong results.
To achieve the peace and prosperity you are seeking, you must learn to let go of the responsibility and control you are tempted to feel and learn to experience joy and peace regardless of the results. When you’re only trying to win, you almost always lose sight of your purpose. Your best resource for healing these pain memories is to go through the Success Codes process, which will deprogram your pain memories, reprogram you positively towards success, and show you where your focus should be.

53 This will make you loose everytime!
Friday Nov 09, 2018
Friday Nov 09, 2018
Intro/Summary
Look at every area of your life-health, family life, relationship, finances, etc. How is it so far? Are you winning or are you losing every time?
In today's world when social media takes a lot of front row and things get so noisy, we sometimes don't even know where to stand. When everyone has his own to say, even the wrong becomes right. And that is what we are made to believe.
In our political landscape, the same thing happens. Almost everyone else is brandishing their idea of service to their people all in the pretense of getting their own political interest fulfilled.
Couples get entangled in affairs, one or both, and making excuses about it. And worst, making the act, and in fact, believe it is a solution to a problem.
Judgmentalism. Yes, we're guilty of that. No one is blameless. The mentality of inferiority and superiority are all products of this one culprit. Not to mention, the comparison of oneself with others is one awful attitude that's making life pathetic.
We may learn to look far deep down in ourselves and find the truth within us. All these troubles happening around came to be because we forget the one thing that we should always have. Humans as we are, we fight back, we want to be heard and we always want the easy way out. Be reminded that the hardest part to do is the one that lasts and is cherished the most.
Try to indulge yourself in this episode as Dr. Alex talks about this one thing we oftentimes forget is already in us. We just have to learn to look back inside and manifest it. It will surely do wonders to our very own self.
What you need to ponder this week:
Check your humility. Pray. Use the tool provided to claim your humility.

52 Do you have one thing to live for?

Victor E. Frankl survived a Nazi concentration camp during World War II, and he wrote a book entitled “Man’s Search for Meaning” about the two main principles that he believes gave him the mental and emotional wherewithal to survive. He exercised what he calls “the last of human freedoms” which gave him something to live for: he continually envisioned a scene from his past (being with his family in their den, warm and cozy around the roaring fire) and his hopes for the future (to finish the book he had started and dedicate the rest of his life to helping suffering people).
Everything that has ever been created came from the “image maker”, which makes your ability to imagine the most powerful tool you have. However, negative programming can overwhelm your ability to choose to create or imagine something to live for. So put yourself in Victor’s situation, imagine that you are wrongly imprisoned: What is the one thing that you have to live for?
You are not wrongly imprisoned right now, but at least you can imagine the importance of having something to live for. So choose today and every day to intentionally use your image maker to create positive things in your day, focused on love and truth.

50 How you and your loved ones can be finally free of your addictions

Please forgive the inferior sound quality of this podcast, as this was a recorded conference call.
Everyone knows someone whose life has been ruined by their own addiction or that of a loved one. Our basic programming from birth is to seek pleasure and avoid pain, but by the time we are about 6 years old, we should outgrow this programming and come to understand the path of love and truth. If this reprogramming does not occur, we start to seek love substitutes to fill the void of the perceived pain or lack of pleasure. This leads to an imbalanced life, which often leads to addictions originating from fear. But fear cannot heal fear – only love can.
There are several ways to break an addiction, some healthy, some not:
- Be separated forcibly from the substance or person
- This has a 97% failure rate
- Hit bottom
- Your programming can be changed in an instant
- Transformational “aha!” moment
- Prayer and meditation can change your programming over time
- God can do a miracle
- This comes when you release your expectations
- Consciously deprogram and reprogram using the tools
- Look at pain, pleasure, addiction, and desire individually
You and your loved ones can be finally free of your addictions by choosing to live in love in the present moment and leave the results up to God.

48 Why do people enjoy violance?
Monday Oct 22, 2018
Monday Oct 22, 2018
Please forgive the inferior sound quality, as this was a recorded conference call.
Our world celebrates and encourages violence, bad things happening to people, either mentally, emotionally, or physically. Ultimately, if you find yourself enjoying violence, this boils down to issues with your significance and security. Issues with significance will cause you to want to make yourself feel better by pulling other people down, judging others, comparing yourself to others, and even wanting bad things to happen to other people who make you feel inferior. Likewise, issues with security will make you dwell on your perceptions of superiority and inferiority as well as rejection instead of the areas of your life where you have been accepted.
The root of these feelings is likely in the anger family and is based on creating wrong goals that are focused on seeking pleasure and avoiding pain externally rather than on truth and love regardless of the end result. Using pain (violence to others) to fix pain (that you feel internally) never works and will only lead to more and more pain.
Ask yourself this question: “Is the way I am living the way I really want to be living?” If you find yourself focusing on the wrong goals and seeking love substitutes, you should pray, pray, pray to be reprogrammed to live in light, love, and truth instead of seeking pleasure and avoiding pain.

Why?
The study done by Harvard found that the instant you have those real, external expectations, it immediately puts you into chronic stress. It suppresses your immune system, takes away your creativity, and drain your energy.

46 How to instantly know what you should do right now!
Monday Oct 15, 2018
Monday Oct 15, 2018
This episode of Whole Life Healing is part of a foundational series that we will be featuring. Please forgive the inferior sound quality, as this was a recorded conference call.
Many times in life, you will probably be faced with a decision and you will say to yourself “I just don’t know what to do.” Perhaps an “aha!” moment occurs and you automatically know what you should do and you immediately shift your beliefs and behaviors to make that happen.
Imagine yourself in these two situations:
- You are given 3 months to live, based on a new medical diagnosis. What will you do? What will you stop doing?
- You are given 3 months to live, based on a new medical diagnosis, but you are approached by an angel or a genie who tells you that you will live indefinitely as long as you habitually do what you believe you should be doing. As soon as you stop doing what you believe you should be, you will die. What would you start doing? What would you stop doing? What would you change?
Now ask yourself this question: “Why am I not already doing these things?” The answer probably comes down to your perception that you have plenty of time left in your life to do what you should be doing and you get caught up in the “tyranny of the urgent”, focusing on short-term things rather than long-term. Or you experience fear related to the results of starting, stopping, or changing your beliefs and behaviors. You can overcome the excuses of time and fear by internally sacrificing the external results and trusting that living what you believe will lead you to love and truth in the present moment and in the future.
