(Based on a recorded conference call) If you feel like you aren’t getting anywhere fast, the problem may be the feeling itself that is keeping you from success. This feeling could be based on a wrong belief based on bad programming combined with the impatience that results from doubting the progress you are actually making. As you have probably found in life, just treating the symptoms of any ailment will likely make you feel better for a little while but will fail in the long run. But it takes a lot more time and energy to treat the source of the problem, but the healing will remain long term if you go about it the right way. You may never get the result you want if you are too impatient to stick with healing the source of your issues, but if you are persistent and you are using the right tools, that healing will come.
You are almost certainly healing even if you don’t feel it, so do not be discouraged if weeks, months, or years go by before you finally turn the corner. If you are trying to achieve healing through your willpower or based on wrong goals that come from your expectations, you will experience immediate chronic stress that will result in physical and mental imbalances. These imbalances can lead you to this feeling that you aren’t making progress, which is leading you to sabotage your healing efforts.
After listening to this episode, you need to deprogram any fear, falsehood, darkness, anger, and impatience and reprogram love, faith, trust, hope, and belief using meditation or the Healing Codes. This will allow you the freedom to live in the present moment in love and give up the end result to God.

Dr. Alex has encountered a lot of people who have issues of the heart, but who just do not want to talk through their issues so they can find and fix the problems. But one thing that always resonates with these clients or teenagers that Dr. Alex was working with is their interest in achieving 100% power and effectiveness NOW! The first thing they have to work through is understanding that you can’t have 100% of anything if your mind and heart are divided. This division is fear-related, plugging the present and future into the past and not allowing any other options.
In order to gain this unprecedented power and effectiveness, you have to be free from the past and unplugged from fear. Fear focuses on survival, seeking pleasure, and avoiding pain, which only results in stress. This makes you defensive, anxious, have a weakened immune system, and focused on self-protection as a means to success. On the other hand, living in the present moment in love gives you enhanced relationships, promotes healing, gives you non-stress energy, and focused on love, joy, and peace as the means to success. This is the key to releasing this 100% power and effectiveness, and you can start choosing to live in the present moment in love right now.

56 How to define yourself

There is an interesting phenomenon occurring when people receive terminal medical diagnoses (accurate or inaccurate) and then some time later, they receive news that they have been healed or their diagnosis was mistaken. Sometimes people in this situation suddenly become depressed because they had defined themselves by their diagnosis and after they are healed, they feel empty, lonely, sad, and anxious because of the lack of attention from others they experience. Even if you have not received a terminal medical diagnosis, you could be defining yourself inaccurately or unhealthily and it could be affecting your daily life.
Take out 4 pieces of paper and write “How do I define (your name)?” at the top of each page. Write exhaustive lists of how you define yourself on each page, one for your life in general and the others for the top 3 areas of your life specifically (finances, health, relationships, work, family, etc.). Make sure you find a quiet, comfortable space where you can take your time and honestly write your lists. Next, think through this question: “If my situation changed, would any of the repercussions of the changes lead to negative emotions?” If you feel like it is a possibility, you need to intentionally and unconsciously reboot your identity by using the Healing Codes to find and fix your problem areas and negative beliefs about yourself. The key is to fix these areas of your life before your identity is tested and you realize that you are not in a good place.

Old and young, at one point you have reached the point where you need to change. Do you make the right choice?

If something in your life isn't working; CHANGE.
If you have the desire that's a healthy desire, that is not happening; CHANGE.
But not all people are open to change. Why? We resist it because change is painful.
We are not choosing comfort when we decide not to change. We are accepting stagnation and destruction.
By playing it safe, you made the most dangerous thing you can do.
So if you keep going the way you're going, are you going to be at the pace when you get to the end? Or are you going to have regrets?

There is a lot of talk these days about the law of attraction, which is real, but it is not enough. If you want holistic results, you must have holistic actions and beliefs. This means that you might have to change your ideas about responsibility and control in order to achieve the peace and prosperity you are searching for. When it comes to responsibility, we should release ourselves from the responsibility for the results and only consider ourselves accountable in the present moment for our actions and beliefs. Holding yourself responsible for the outcomes will only lead to stress, which is harmful to your mental, emotional, and physical wellbeing.
Similarly, control leads only to stress as well, and is often comes from the desire to keep pain from happening or happening again, which is really not your responsibility. If you have pain memories that have not been healed, they are causing your unconscious to put up its defense system and cause you unnecessary stress continually until you heal the memories. Control is judgment-based and could be based on the wrong goals and judgments, leading to wrong results.
To achieve the peace and prosperity you are seeking, you must learn to let go of the responsibility and control you are tempted to feel and learn to experience joy and peace regardless of the results. When you’re only trying to win, you almost always lose sight of your purpose. Your best resource for healing these pain memories is to go through the Success Codes process, which will deprogram your pain memories, reprogram you positively towards success, and show you where your focus should be.

Intro/Summary
Look at every area of your life-health, family life, relationship, finances, etc. How is it so far? Are you winning or are you losing every time?
In today's world when social media takes a lot of front row and things get so noisy, we sometimes don't even know where to stand. When everyone has his own to say, even the wrong becomes right. And that is what we are made to believe.
In our political landscape, the same thing happens. Almost everyone else is brandishing their idea of service to their people all in the pretense of getting their own political interest fulfilled.
Couples get entangled in affairs, one or both, and making excuses about it. And worst, making the act, and in fact, believe it is a solution to a problem.
Judgmentalism. Yes, we're guilty of that. No one is blameless. The mentality of inferiority and superiority are all products of this one culprit. Not to mention, the comparison of oneself with others is one awful attitude that's making life pathetic.
We may learn to look far deep down in ourselves and find the truth within us. All these troubles happening around came to be because we forget the one thing that we should always have. Humans as we are, we fight back, we want to be heard and we always want the easy way out. Be reminded that the hardest part to do is the one that lasts and is cherished the most.
Try to indulge yourself in this episode as Dr. Alex talks about this one thing we oftentimes forget is already in us. We just have to learn to look back inside and manifest it. It will surely do wonders to our very own self.

Victor E. Frankl survived a Nazi concentration camp during World War II, and he wrote a book entitled “Man’s Search for Meaning” about the two main principles that he believes gave him the mental and emotional wherewithal to survive. He exercised what he calls “the last of human freedoms” which gave him something to live for: he continually envisioned a scene from his past (being with his family in their den, warm and cozy around the roaring fire) and his hopes for the future (to finish the book he had started and dedicate the rest of his life to helping suffering people).
Everything that has ever been created came from the “image maker”, which makes your ability to imagine the most powerful tool you have. However, negative programming can overwhelm your ability to choose to create or imagine something to live for. So put yourself in Victor’s situation, imagine that you are wrongly imprisoned: What is the one thing that you have to live for?
You are not wrongly imprisoned right now, but at least you can imagine the importance of having something to live for. So choose today and every day to intentionally use your image maker to create positive things in your day, focused on love and truth.
