In todayís episode I am going to talk about emotions and feelings and make a distinction between the two. I address situations when feelings donít match circumstances.
Your Challenge
- Ask yourself the following question. In what situations in your life, that are not life threatening, do you feel something negative?
- Pray for healing and to be at peace in situations where there is something that is painful, not fun or not exciting.
- What are the situations in your life where your feelings donít match your circumstances in a negative way? Start working on those underlying hard issues until your feelings match your circumstances, or your feelings are still positive when your circumstances are negative.

In today’s episode I am going to be discussing how the unexamined life is not worth living and the importance of examining yourself internally. I’m going to encourage you to dig deeper within yourself and take action. Just thinking “I need to do it” won’t do it.
Your Challenge
- Examine yourself internally (meditate)
- Do a spiritual, heart and mind internal scan.
- Ask yourself, If my life were to a week from now, would I be satisfied that I have lived my life with meaning and purpose and prioritized what I needed to prioritize? Am I doing things that violate those priorities?
- Think about what your priorities are. What is the meaning and purpose of life that you want to embrace?
